Miura Gallery is an Italy-based online gallery dedicated to the vibrant worlds of street and contemporary art, spotlighting unique expressions and the creative pulse of today’s urban culture. While we primarily operate online, we’re always open to arranging private viewings or meetings by appointment.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about US.

BUY & RETURN

  • When you place the order we receive the notification. When we have the payment confirmation we start to prepare the order, it takes about 5/7 days to process it.

  • If you've changed your mind about an order placed you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation. Note that after this 24 hour period, the sale is considered final. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@miuragallery.com with your reason for cancellation.

  • If the artwork is not damaged and had not been displayed, then I would accept the art return within 14 days of it being received.

    The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it arrived, otherwise the refund will be void.

  • The item must be shipped intact and without defects in its original packaging.

    Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is damaged during return shipping, the buyer is responsible, so we recommend insured shipping.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

  • If you purchase a work internationally, you will be responsible for paying any customs fees and will be marked as the importer of record. You may be required to provide personal information such as your SSN, EIN, IRN, TIN, or EORI (dependent on the destination country). The shipping carrier will contact you directly for the required information and to collect the fee.

    Please review your country’s customs information or contact a local shipper for details—Artsy can’t predict customs fees as these are levied at the border.

SHIPMENT

  • We ship from Italy, so we are in the European Union.

  • Average timeline is 3-5 business days in transit, plus up to 7 days packing time.

    Please note the international shipping timelines can be highly variable depending on the customs office's processing time and your payment of customs fees.

  • We ship the works in a safe way, we usually use the original packaging to ship the works. This is because the original packaging is also synonymous with authenticity and is certainly the best way to safeguard the safety of the art.

    For Takashi Murakami artworks we ship the flat prints in their original Kaikai Kiki packaging.

  • Usually we ship in EU and UK with via common courier (ex. FedEx, UPS) and via Postal Service in the rest of the world.

  • The works are fully insured from the moment they leave our warehouses.

  • If you have special request about your shipment (special service, fast shipping ecc.) or you want to know more details please contact us here.

  • When we ship the artwork we send the buyer an email with the link and tracking number to to always check the shipment.

  • We invite the buyer to always accept the packages with reservation especially if he notices signs of damage or knocks on the box. This is essential to be able to activate the insurance and therefore obtain a full refund of the payment.
